Special Meeting
The Board of Selectmen held a Special Meeting at 9:30 AM on Friday, 10 August 2012 in the Meeting Hall of the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall. First Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder, Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal and Selectman Skip Sibley were present.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss settlement terms of pending litigation involving the Town Hall Expansion.
Selectman Sibley moved to go into executive session at 9:30 AM. Selectwoman Nosal seconded the motion. Atty. Tony Leone was invited into executive session. SO VOTED.
The Board came out of Executive Session at 10:03 AM.
Selectman Sibley moved to approve the terms of the settlement agreement with Rudolph Netsch Construction Co. for work performed on Town Hall Expansion and Renovation project. Selectwoman Nosal seconded the motion. SO VOTED.
Selectman Sibley moved to adjourn the special meeting at 10:05 AM. Selectwoman Nosal seconded the motion. SO VOTED.
